Robert J. Smoler is the founder of the Chicago law firm Smoler Law Office, where his concentration is in personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation law and civil litigation.

Mr. Smoler has built a reputation as an aggressive advocate for his clients while battling corporations and the insurance industry to obtain his client's benefits.

He is known for guiding injured people through the maze of what can be a long and tough journey in the litigation of their case to a successful resolution, all the while, maintaining his client's understanding of the process and the details of their case. Robert Smoler is known to help reduce his client's anxiety while going through what can be one of life's toughest challenges and often is heard telling a client I will tell you when to worry.

Mr. Smoler received his B.S. (1979) and J.D. (1982) degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is Phi Beta Kappa, Gamma Chapter of Illinois at the University of Illinois.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers' Association.
